Court rules
A few simple guidelines that keep the courts in top shape for everyone.

Arrival and start time
Arrive a few minutes before your reservation and be ready to play at the booked start time. Late arrival does not extend the reservation.

Proper shoes and attire
Use tennis shoes with clean, non-marking soles and suitable sports clothing. Footwear or equipment that can damage the court surface is not allowed.

Respect booked court time
Wait for current players to finish a point before entering. Leave the court promptly when your booking ends so the next players can start on time.

Court safety
Keep bags, food, glass containers, bicycles, scooters, and similar items outside the playing area. Call "ball on court" if a loose ball creates a safety risk.

Coaching and conduct
Paid coaching may be provided only by coaches approved by the club. Treat other players, guests, and staff with respect at all times.

Terms & conditions
By booking a court you agree to the following.
Booking confirmation
A reservation is confirmed only after checkout is completed and a confirmation is shown or sent. The booking is valid only for the selected court, date, and time.
Payment
Prices are shown before checkout. Payment is due according to the selected method on arrival unless the club confirms another arrangement.
Cancellation and no-show
To cancel or reschedule, contact the club as early as possible and preferably at least 24 hours before the booked time. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged or may affect future booking access.
Changes by the club
The club may move, reschedule, or cancel bookings when courts are unsafe, unavailable, or needed for official events. If this happens, staff will offer an alternative time where possible.
Player responsibility
The person making the booking is responsible for accurate contact details, their guests, following court rules, and personal belongings brought to the club.
